Threadworks 2007 - A Juried Exhibition of Needle Arts

Opening Reception: Saturday July 5th, 2 - 4 pm

This provincially touring exhibition has been organized by the Wellington County Museum and The Ontario Network of Needleworkers. It features imaginative needle work on the theme "Passions". Works include wall quilts, soft sculpture, needlepoint, tapesty, jewelry, and more.

The visual Poetry Group of artists has been exhibiting their work collectively since 2003. Drawing on contemporary subject matter both personal and universal, their visions are uniquely individual and dramatic.

Its members continue to push the boundaries of their art, maintaining their zeal to celebrate life to its fullest in their creations.
