The Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) is dedicated to developing, maintaining and making accessible to the public its collection of works of art and to furthering knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of art. As one of these means the AGN maintains a web site for personal entertainment, information, education and communication.

The AGN retains all rights, including copyright, in data, images, text and other information contained in and on the site. The AGN expressly forbids the copying of any protected content on the site, except for purposes of fair dealing defined by Canadian copyright law, and as described below:
